About the program
_4Ventures_ is a trade name under which we group all direct investments of a single investor, Antoine d’Ydewalle. We have the characteristics of a fund, in terms of size and process, with the flexibility of a direct investor. We have no constraints on investment horizon.

We are a small, available team, but within the limits of our human resources. We make no false promises. - Advisory, in terms of strategy, business development, finance, and funding. We don’t require a board seat (20% of cases), but we are here to support on demand and according to our expertise. - Networking, in terms of investors (individuals and funds), leads, and experts.
Investment offer
We invest in companies at early-stage between Seed and Series A, aiming to prepare the company to advance through this critical stage. Initial ticket of €250K, and up to €750K across multiple rounds for the best-performing ones. We invest primarily in software, occasionally in hardware (requiring significant resources) and food. We invest primarily in B2B, and rarely in B2C (which requires significant resources).
