About the Program
We're a global startup generator and early-stage VC firm that builds groundbreaking technology companies. The program is divided in two phases. The first phase is dedicated to finding a co-founder, validating ideas and starting to build your business. The second phase, after Antler investment, is an acceleration track where you will use Antler funding to get enough traction to raise your seed round. Throughout the program we offer office space, a personal mentor from our team as well as presentations with external speakers and connection to our global network.

All selected founders get a one time grant of €2,000. Plus an additional €1,000 if you require a startup visa.

Investment Offer
Antler Canada invests $150K for a 10% equity stake on a fully diluted basis. Through the Agreement for Rolling Capital (ARC), founders can raise an additional $450K within nine months, combining $300K from external investors and $150K from Antler at a new valuation, bringing total funding to $600K within the first year.
