About the Program
We're a global startup generator and early-stage VC firm that builds groundbreaking technology companies. The program is divided in two phases. The first phase is dedicated to finding a co-founder, validating ideas and starting to build your business. The second phase, after Antler investment, is an acceleration track where you will use Antler funding to get enough traction to raise your seed round. Throughout the program we offer office space, a personal mentor from our team as well as presentations with external speakers and connection to our global network.

All founders get a stipend of S$2,500 per month the first two and a half months.

Investment Offer
Up to $400,000 from inception. The initial investment is $150,000 for 10% equity, structured as $100,000 for 10% equity via SAFE and $50,000 via an uncapped SAFE with an MFN clause. Additionally, up to $250,000 in committed matching capital is available at 50% of funding raised from other institutional investors.
