Avançsa provides participatory co-investment loans with private capital, without requiring guarantees or leading rounds. The leader of the round must commit a minimum of €300,000. The loan terms typically include a shortfall of 12 to 24 months, expiration between 5 and 7 years, fixed interest of Euribor + 500 basis points, and variable interest of 1.5% of EBITDA when positive.
