Blair Flicker joined Insight Partners in 2001 as their first in-house lawyer and spent over two decades building the firm's legal, compliance, and governance functions from the ground up, serving as Managing Director, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer before retiring at the end of 2023. Beyond typical legal counsel duties, he acted as an authorized officer across numerous Insight funds and special purpose vehicles, taking a hands-on role in structuring and executing complex growth-equity and buyout deals while also maintaining academic recognition for management and operations scholarship.
