EIF ETCI 2 is a €15 billion fund of funds designed to back ~100 growth-stage VC funds across Europe. €1.25B already committed by EIF and EIB. Aims to unlock up to €80B in total scaleup capital, addressing Europe's estimated €70B late-stage funding gap versus the US. Scale-up from ETCI 1 (€3.9B, 14 mega-funds).
