About the Program
Gbenro Dara is an InsurTech and Marketplace Executive with over 15 years of experience building and scaling ventures across Africa. He has raised over $2M across multiple vebtures, and delivered embedded insurance, ecommerce and online marketplace solutions across Africa and globally. Previously part of the founding team at Jumia Nigeria, he also led the launch of Opera’s OList marketplace to $2M in first-year GMV and steered Cheki Nigeria to profitability ahead of its acquisition.
