Grey Matters is a joint initiative between Elevator and Scottish Enterprise. Launched in 2017, it aims to support senior oil and gas professionals who have spent 20-plus years in the industry and are ready to create high-growth, scalable businesses which will have a positive impact on the global energy sector. Focused on collaboration, sustainability and competitiveness, the fully funded, rigorous 16-week programme provides the opportunity to catalyse entrepreneurship in the oil and gas industry. To date, 11 new ventures have been created and are helping to drive positive change within the sector.
