It focuses on early growth-stage European companies in networking technology, the internet of things, smart home, digital healthcare, cyber security, mobile and video (OTT) services, cloud computing, data, and analytics. It began operation on June 1, 2015, with its headquarters in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
