Merantix Capital AI Fund is a €103M vehicle from Berlin's Merantix AI group — roughly 3x its first fund. Uniquely structured with half the capital funding pre-idea company-building inside the Merantix AI Campus and half going into direct pre-seed and seed deals, targeting ~40 AI-native companies. Led by co-founders Rasmus Rothe (PhD ETH Zurich, chairs German AI Association) and Adrian Locher (exited DeinDeal). Key LPs include Union Investment, Jungheinrich, KPMG Germany, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
