Pacesetter Capital Group (PCG) is private equity firm which manages a family of funds that invests in the Southwestern United States in venture financing, leveraged buyouts, growth financing, and other special situations. PCG focuses on the industries of broadcasting, manufacturing and services, and technology infrastructure. PCG currently manages assets of over $210 million and is comprised of a diversified private equity fund, Pacesetter Growth Fund, L.P. (Fund I) and three Small Business Investment Companies (the SBIC Funds). One of the SBIC Funds, MESBIC Ventures, Inc., holds the distinction of being the oldest (est. 1970) Specialized SBIC in the nation. Pacesetter Capital Group is located Dallas, Texas.
