Each week there is a mix of workshops and 1on1 sessions. 4 themes - Focus, Customers, Back Office, Mental Health The Mental health half week is only workshops. It will take between 20 and 30 hours for each week you are in the main programme. After the programme, we have follow-up calls to ensure the lessons stuck, and to help with new challenges that have arisen.
