Founders invest $5K cash to join the program, and StartupGuru co-invests $15K in the form of a promissory note (the entire amount is used to pay for the program and services). The $15K investment is not recouped until the startup raises at least $100K+ in outside funding. Up to $200K convertible from investors is also available.
