SyndicateRoom co-invests with top-performing angel investors. They require a pre-money valuation between £2m and £20m, and the company must be raising at least £300,000 in their current round. They charge a one-off fee of 4.5% of the capital invested and do not renegotiate valuation or impose additional terms.
