Tim founded his first company at 15 and has since been on the founding team of eight companies, including Red Sky Interactive which he built from a solo operation to nearly 600 employees and became the third most-awarded interactive design agency globally by 2001. He created and leads the Design & Rapid Prototyping component of UC Berkeley's SkyDeck accelerator program, combining his extensive founder experience with hands-on design and product roles to help early-stage teams quickly validate and shape their products.
