Treac is a Swedish family-controlled investment company specializes in acquiring, owning, and developing unlisted companies. It invests primarily in manufacturing companies or in the service industry. The company was founded in 2000 by three Västerbottningar, hence the name three AC, with the purpose of constituting a healthy, local owner alternative at a time when ownership of Norrland companies was often moved from the region. Treac is headquartered in Skellefteå.
