He leveraged this experience to develop R7's sustainable investing framework and continues to work with companies delivering impact across social and environmental objectives.​Prior to Stanford, Will led post-merger go-to-market activities for SAP's $8B acquisition of Qualtrics, establishing product-market fit, developing sales playbooks, and training global sales teams. He also led a regional sales engineering team generating $40M in annual revenue.​Will has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois.
