Woofoo Capital is a venture arm of Tsinghua Holdings, responsible for asset management. It takes science and technology finance as its orientation and realizes the capitalization and commercialization of technology assets and intellectual property through the integration of technological innovation and financial innovation. Woofoo Capital has initially completed the establishment of full-line fund business, including: parent funds, M&A funds, mezzanine funds, featured industries, venture capital funds and securities funds. Woofoo Capital was established in 2013 and is based in Shanghai, China.
