EvoNexus is a not-for-profit 501(c)6 organization founded in 2008, by Co-Founders Rory Moore and Vice Admiral Walter Davis USN (Ret.). Our unique incubation program attracts applications from early-stage technology ventures across all sectors who seek to benefit from EvoNexus’ strategic advisors and capital connections. EvoNexus is financially supported by our corporate partners who are some of the largest multinational technology corporations in the world. Their financial and strategic support enables us to perpetuate our low-equity, not-for-profit incubation model.

Our 2-year program combined with our individualized milestone-based structure and 1 on 1 mentoring fosters a path from post-ideation to minimum viable product and long-term sustainability. Over 85% of EvoNexus portfolio companies have secured venture funding from over 400+ VCs and independent investors. Startups receive support with fundraising, corporate connections, mentorship, long term incubation facilities, and more, for only 1% common equity upon admission compared to other incubators that take up to 7% equity for 3-month programs.
