Smart City Innovation Testbed - UP Ventures

In the light of recent global disruption, our Smart City Innovation accelerators’ overarching theme is centred around supporting human to human services enhanced by technology. The project is centred around a 12-week testbed programme where start-ups will have the opportunity to test and demonstrate groundbreaking products and services.

Successful candidates get access to a testbed using MediaCityUK's technology infrastructure to pilot innovations in a real-life setting, plus online learning, dynamic workshops, and support from technologists, industry experts, coaches, and investors.
