The bwtech South campus is home to a nationally-recognized life-science and technology business incubation program supporting over 25 early-stage bioscience and technology companies, as well as many emerged and anchor tenants from the biotech, engineering and other technology spaces.
Clients enjoy 165,000 square feet of affordable office and wet lab space, flexible lease arrangements, and access to resources and networking opportunities to help their businesses succeed. Our programs provide potential collaborative relationships with UMBC faculty and graduate students and access to core research facilities and other university resources.
Our Tech South Incubator welcomes both affiliates (virtual members) and tenants (leasing lab and/or office space) to the tech south incubator campus.
